My First Blog!

It’s true. A picture can say a thousand words. In an instant your taken back to that moment. I can remember down to the smallest detail about that moment at times. Where I was, my outfit, who surrounded me. Sometimes I might even remember a distinct smell or sound.


One of my newfound hobbies has become photography. Now, I wouldn’t call myself a pro. Honestly, I wouldn’t even call myself an amateur. To comfortably say any of those things there are tons of things I’d probably need to do. For instance, take a couple of classes(or tons). Photograph someone other than my son or my dogs and play with different lenses, brands and scenery. Out of the hudreds of pictures I’ve taken the one underneath is one of my faves. It could probably look better. I’m still working on getting to know photoshop and all that good stuff. But nonetheless, bless my son for putting up with his kooky Mommy and the annoying camera in his face!! LOL

This picture was taken this past 4th of July (2011). It was taken while Dave(my husband & Julians father) was popping Snap Its at his feet. Again, bless him for putting up with his kooky father!
